Firstly, we want to address the matter of the yellow marks observed on some of the Hamachi Collars. During the processing at our factory in Japan, we use CO2 gas and vacuum-seal the products to ensure freshness and quality. However, we noticed that in a few corners of the packaging, the CO2 gas did not reach properly, resulting in these minor yellow marks on the fish.
We want to assure you that these yellow marks do not have any adverse effects on the quality of the Hamachi Collar. They are merely cosmetic and will completely disappear during the cooking process. Rest assured, the taste and texture of the product remain unaffected, and you can expect the same exceptional taste that you have come to know and love.
